Natural Freshwater Pearl Earrings by Bay Moon Design |
These are natural freshwater pearls are another great choice for a natural material to use in an interpretation of this beauty found in nature. Beautiful freshwater brown coin pearls are combined with brown spike pearls. These special pearl earrings have sterling ear wires that I made. These earrings are available for purchase HERE.
How do you think I did?
I would not of thought to use pearls...but yours really work...just lovely! And the orange agate and pairing it with the copper another great choice!
ReplyDeleteIsn't orange a fun color to play with? I love orange agate stones; that firey color is gorgeous. Pretty earrings inspired by a magical place!
ReplyDeleteI can just imagine those agate earrings glowing in the light when worn and I love how you have picked out the natural elements for this challenge. Lovely earrings...xx
ReplyDeleteI love the earthy palette of those natural beads (love the keishi pearls! Great texture on those!). I like how different they are but that they both represent the canyon so well! Thank you for participating in the Earrings Everyday We're All Ears challenge. Check back on the blog on September 4th for the next inspiration! Enjoy the day! Erin
ReplyDeleteBeautiful earrings. The beads are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteYour earrings are beautiful, I love that you used pearls, their organic texture reflects the texture of the rock so well.
ReplyDeleteKarin-Thank You!
DeleteLike Terri, the inspiration photo wouldn't have inspired me to open my pearl drawer, but I adore those earrings, and they're simply, completely, perfect!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I too wouldn't have thought to use pearls...excellent choice! And the agate ones really shine like the canyon!
ReplyDeleteI love pearls and I try to use them in a new and different way. Kathy
DeleteI like how your stacks of irregular shaped beads mimics the shapes in the canyon walls. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteTammy-Thanks! Kathy
DeleteBeautiful earrings! Love the beads you used -- perfect for the challenge.
ReplyDeleteA great take on the challenge. One pair highlighted the sunlit stones and the other focused on the darkest shadows.
