Long chartreuse geometric necklace by BayMoonDesign |
When I looked at the focals that Hope sent me, I knew right away that I was going to use the handmade chartreuse pendant is by Gaea. I love the vibrant color and design. I added to the art bead by combining it with a work bead by Grubbi that I adore.

It was a real treat to have color picked out by Hope to compliment her necklace. It made creating the necklace go a lot easier.

I'm so not awake yet, so when I started scrolling and saw the Gaea pendant, I thought, "Hey, I have one of those." I don't...I sent it to you! I love the way you combined this with the other art bead for a bigger statement. And, simply adding a little creaminess to it without a lot of fuss was a perfect compliment. The tin necklace is SO FUN! I'm sure the fringe gives it a little weight that the tin piece itself doesn't really have. And, just using the blue on the chain (rather than working in other colors) is a great idea. It leaves the focal to be the focal-piece. And, those earrings. I love the little touches you added. They seem to allow the other colors in the beads to shine though. I really enjoyed being your partner. I hope I challenged you just enough to make it fun. Have fun hopping!!
ReplyDeleteI see a very interesting color gradation in the chatreuse necklace that I would have never considered before.

DeleteWhat beautiful designs! I adore that first necklace which is saying something considering that I can't stand yellow or its cousins. And that second necklace is so fun! I can see wearing it to hang out with friends at the market or to work.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog and you wonderful comments.
DeleteI love the message in the first necklace and the serene colors to show it off! The bright colors of the second are such a treat, it's irresistible! The polymer clay beads you used in the earring are amazing!
